Where is the summer going? Whew...Welcome back for another edition of The Sunday Soundtrack. Hope everyone is enjoying the summer. It's been pretty hot lately, I would say "...hotter than July" (wink), but we're still in the midst of it.

Just takin' out a moment to thank all my loyal listeners every week for leaving comments...as far away as the UK (Calmer Coma Radio, etc), Germany (Travis/Hiddenplace), and Japan (Gen). I don't have a massive following, and probably don't get around the other blogs as I want to, but u guys encourage and inspire me with your comments. What started as just a way to share my love for this vibe, these genres...turned into something bigger than I thought. To that, again, I say thanks... Music is truly universal.

Hello and welcome back for this edition of the Sunday Soundtrack. As I had alluded to throughout the week to some of u, it was a hectic one at best. I knew early in the week, I was going to have to produce a podcast that I would DEFINITELY find use for in the future. Based upon the myriad of activities gone by, this podcast is akin to LOx (Liquie Oxgyen - u know I am, for all intents and purposes, a rocket scientist (in a way, right? -LOL), or better yet, super-chilled. This week, no groove, no vibe, none of that...simply chilled, cool, icy tracks for u to relax totally to. Hello, and welcome to another edition of The Sunday Soundtrack. This, of course, was the July 4th weekend, and I was in NJ. I arrived back home about 2:30pm and been kinda running ever since, so consider this the Sunday (Night) Soundtrack. This weekend's playlist has three new artists that I'm happy to introduce into rotation - Blue Six, Little Big Bee (a remix), and Cpen. Cpen is an artist I discovered on XM Radio not too long ago via their track entitled Silver Surfer, but I was disappointed that I couldn't find it on iTunes. I hope you enjoy them all. Hello...hope everyone's doing well Always a pleasure to be able to bring you yet another podcast. Today's show is relatively longer than usual, but you know the old adage, "When it rains, it pours". I started producting this early Sunday morning - which is a MISTAKE, cause I had some technical difficulties, but because of the time, I decided to upload anyway. Gotta refine my approach (read: start earlier, ;) ).

Lately the format of the podcasts have started uptempo and progressed to a mellow ending. This one is no exception. During this show, I'll introduce yet another genre to the flow - 2 Step. The artist, Matt Coleman aka MJ Cole is probably the genre's most prolific artist (incidentally going by the nick name Mr. Prolific). For a short description of the genre, clickhere.
